Winter Baby!

So it's no secret that I'm a huge lover of winter, the weather, the fashion, the time of year, Christmas, Halloween, new year, festivity's, decoration, food.. The films AKA (Home alone (; ) And this year it's no different.
I'm already getting in all my winter fashion..

  • Fur coats
  • Chunky Knits
  • Boots
  • Scarfs
  • Jumpers
I cannot wait! This year I 100% want to go to winter wonderland again, It's so magical and I LOVE it there, Already planning all the pictures I can take there!
I saw this picture on Tumblr and just thought how amazing would this be on a winter day, rain out the window, Harry Potter on the TV & a cup of tea!
This is what winter is ALL about... Fairy lights everywhere twinkling to make the place beautiful, I cannot wait for London to be transformed into Wonderland!

Also how beautiful is this! Venice Italy in the snowy winter.. Just makes me want to travel there even more... Looks amazing!

I cannot wait for this winter and all the memories to make cringe as it is haha..

LONDON PRIDE 2013 (SUMMER RITES, WE PARTY EROTICA)

So this year for London Gay Pride Soho was out of the cards, felt like changing it up so I got a ticket to Summer Rites, a gay festival in Shoreditch! The day started with the night before actually, for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to do a west end / soho bar crawl the night before pride, this is how it went down!
Met my friend for a jagerbomb, glass of wine and a vodka lemonaide in G-A-Y, then headed off for a bottle of wine in KU Bar, then went to Penthouse for 2 long island ice tea's EACH, then slummed it to picadilly insitute for chips, pizza & coke! (needed a break).. then went to Escape for a vodka lemonaides! then went to Comptons for smirnoff ice's.. back to G-A-Y for more jagerbombs... then to man bar (to steal there internet)! then train home and went to a wetherspoons for WKD! ( was a long night!)

So we woke up the next day, feeling like SHIT! had breakfast, had a dance, had a bump (; then got ready for our day! We got to London Waterloo and jumped into a taxi to Barbican, we were going to a pre party in a penthouse mansion to meet my friends friend a drag queen who was getting us in!
When we got there it was amazing! like 5 floors of pure amazingness, the roof terraces where my fave part! ( I love me a roof terrace!)

All of us getting ready for summer rites (I'm in the leopard print ;])
Loving life on the roof terrace! (banter with the builders in the building opposite)

Taxi Photo's! Whenever i have a bit of money i always feel like I'm too good for public transport, and i have to get a taxi everywhere!

After loads of pictures and make up later we hopped in a cab to shoreditch and got to summer rites! we go to the VIP entrance and i see my friend who i was planning to meet in there so it was great not having to look around, that would of been effort! The event had a bout 8 arenas and lots of stalls and bars & rides!
We walked around, bumped into old friends, bumped in general, danced, took pictures, saw celebs in VIP aka kerry katona! haha loving life.. I then bumped into an old friend that gave me a access all areas pass so I could go anywhere in the whole venue!

The day came to a close (after running round trying to find my friends) we jumped into a cab and headed off to WE party. WE party is probably my FAVE party in London, it's held at the coronet theater in Elephant and Castle and has the best DJ's and gogo dancers and is packed full of hot men! haha.. We got VIP passes so just walked straight in, was FUN!
I danced in the DJ box, smoked in the staff smoking area, bumped in the GOGO dancers dressing room and met loads of new people... There's some cool chairs right at the top for shows i guess and its so much fun sitting on them and and people watching and dancing my little heart off!

After WE party we jumped into a taxi and headed off to Vauxhall (the motherland for raving!) jumped in the que and went into Beyond @ Area! I'm not going to go into detail about beyond because frankly.. I can't remember much! I danced for about 6 hours straight! pure house music! is AMAZING! then after that headed off to Later @ Fire! The day time rave where i bumped into a few friendly faces, danced with my acsess all areas pass and sunglasses on the dance floors, probably looking like a right dick! LOL

That lasted till about 7 that night then i headed off to the royal vauxhall tavern and then off to a chill out for a few days then back to soho then HOME!
I had the best time EVER! Forgot how much fun raving for days was, & I can't go into details like usual about what i went up to because.. I'd probably get arrested! hahaha!

With Love xx

I remember the first time i met Jai , I was a chill out in West Ealing at a friends and thought wow he has amazing style! I remember when someone offered me a bump I would drag you to to the toilet too so we could be sneaky and bump together! I remember dancing in front of the mirror with you and giving you one of my cross earrings so we could both have a matching one.. I remember listening to your stories about how you lived in italy and being SO jealous!

Our matching Creepers!

I remember bumping into you in Soho with Robyn and dragging you to the toilet for a bump then running off with you to a chill out and having a fucking amazing time, walking to the shop and them boys shouting stuff at us but we didn't give a shit cause we were too high! haha... Then the meth running out so we went on a major trek from madia vale to lewisham on all night buses in the rain to a chill out were we were promised meth and there was nothing there, I remember being sick the back of the night bus & Robyn wee'ing and that's how i knew you were a friend cause you didn't bat an eyelid.. then i stole that boys t-shirt and wore it to cover my hair in the rain (I'm wearing it now <3)

I remember being at jules's bumping and heard jules's on the phone to you and as soon as you came i gave you a bump then dragged you outside for a cigarette and a gossip, we were talking about robyn and how she had passed and how sad it was :(
Then running to vauxhall (litterally running though brentford to catch a train) so we could get free entry.. & you were putting on your AMAZING rings on the train, you always made nights so much fun!

I would always get messages from you asking for me to come to chill outs with you and I wish now i wasn't so lazy and actually went and made more memories with you!

& this past weekend I was in later at got a message it was a rumor you was dead.. I didn't believe it!
Then a couple hours later it got confirmed to me that you had passed, I still didn't believe it, after seeing my friends cry i still couldn't believe it. after being with you and robyn and couple months back how could you both be gone!

It hit me on the dance floor i was dancing to house music pretending to be happy when it hit me, i was never going to see you again, and i ran to the toilet and cried.

Jai P, words can't express how sad i am to hear that you passed, you had to much style, talent, kindness, attitude and had such a good aura about you!

now whenever i look at the cross tattoo on my arm it will always remind me of you and that chill out ;)

Love you Babes!

Postitivey Pays Off !

For the last year and a half I've been out of full time work, being going out drinking and (other stuff) most weeks and hanging around with the wrong group of people.. But about a week ago I had enough, I deleted my facebook, changed my number and blocked all communication from the wrong people...
Basically negative people who make you do bad things and are bad people are only going to bring bad things into your life.. So i got rid of it all! from now on I'm all about the positivity.

I started volunteering 1 day a week at a RSPCA charity shop, It was SOO much fun! I gained a lot of experience, Looks good on my CV makes me feel good and made some nice new friends!
& today I got a phone call from a place I had a interview at a couple months back offering me a Full time job starting monday.

So basically I just wanted to say if you were going through something similar then only have nice and genuine people who want the best for you around you, do something that you love and eventually everything will work out!

good luck xoxoxo

First of all I deleted my facebook because I feel that its Evil and nothing good comes from it.... hahaha.
I also stopped talking to a certain group of people that are no good! (proud of my self).
I've also started working 1 day a week in a boutique charity shop! I wanted to get out there and do some good and this is a great way to start!
This was just a catch up... & I'm going to start blogging again reaaaaal sooooon (:

A Crazy Night Out In Soho..

So it had been about 2 weeks since I had a night out and I was gagging for a drink so decided to have a some what "civilized" night out in Piccadilly circus/ Soho.. So jumped on the tube to meet my friend in Earls court, whilst on the tube I thought it would be a good idea to drink two water bottles full of vodka redbull so by the time I had met my friend I was already tipsy.. Got off the train had a cigarette bought a couple of the tiny pocket sized bottles of vodka and shoved them in my bra for an emergency if i needed them later and we headed off to Piccadilly circus..

We decided to go into The Piccadilly institute a club there that has loads of different rooms.. and it was happy hour so why not! £4 each for a bottle of wine, be rude not to really!

Safe to say I was already quite drunk and after taking a few photos, posed with the top hats (& i bit a wine glass and broke it, casual haha) we decided to go sit in a fountain? (there was no water in it haha) and we ran quite literally to Soho..
Went into one of our favorite places KU bar for a quick glass of wine and a jagerbomb (it all went downhill from here!) Some of my other friends who were on the way to Soho so we went to g-a-y to have a few drinks and whilst in there bumped into some other friends ( and of course made a complete twat of myself ran down stairs to go toilet and get another drink.. whilst in at the bar i realized I had lost my purse I ran off to find it and realize it sitting on the floor and £70 was missing so downed a jagerbomb downed a glass of wine then downed my friends glass of wine i ran off to all the places to go find my money!

Obviously didn't find it and by the time I got back to g-a-y my friends were there! so happy to see them i backed one of the little vodkas went inside my friend ordered a double jager bomb poured the other vodka in it and backed it went outside for a cigarette and got chucked out! (this is where it gets bad)

we decided to go to escape but on the way i managed to lose everyone! i remember passing out on the floor screaming for my friends then getting up making it to a restaurant and then passing out completely :| to kind men helped me and rang my mum and she had to come and save me (after i called an ambulance and made the biggest scene ever crying that i was so sorry for doing this) we made it home and i crashed out and needless to say i felt like shit the next day haha!
moral of this story pace your drinks and keep your money in your bra!

Mothers Day @ Al Forno Kingston

So its mothers day and it was just me and my mum this year since my sister was in Thailand so i wanted to make it special. My mum came round and I greeted her with a card, box of chocolates, cup of tea & cakes I had made the night before! After spending most of the day talking, eating cakes and looking on google maps (its more fun than think) she went home to get ready, I had a nap then got ready then we headed off into Kingston to have a look round the shops and go for dinner!

This year we decided to go to our favorite Italian (you can tell from my blog I LOVE Italian!) Called Al Forno's. I've been going here since I was about 14 years old and you just can't beat it! It's an authentic Italian restaurant located on the river Thames and has wholesome Italian cooking.

As soon as you step through the door the staff are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home and relaxed, one of the best things about the restaurant (apart from the food) is probably the staff! We sat down ordered some white wine and a starter. For a starter we ordered a bruschetta to share since we didn't want to get full up.. This was my first time trying this since I'm more of a garlic bread kind of girl but this was lovely, I'm not a fan of tomatoes but i ate them on this and LOVED it.. defiantly recommended it.

For my main course I ordered a spaghetti bolegnase and when it arrived I was blown away, the portion size was huge so you really get your moneys worth and for £8 something you really do get a lot and its so worth it.. it was cooked so nice and the flavors were lovely, best bolegnase I've had in ages!

My mum had a spicy tomato arrabiata, she said it was lovely but still sirenas who i wrote about in my last food reviews arrabiata topped it but it was still lovely and she really enjoyed it. I've never tried this dish since I'm not keen of spicy food but I did try a bit and did enjoy it and would consider getting it myself next time!

After all this food witch we both finished because it was too nice to leave we had a ten minuet break and then looked at the desert and coffee menu.. I ordered some chocolate gilato (ice cream) and my mum ordered a coffee..

Ice cream was delicious and looks smaller than it is we both had to tuck into it to finish it!

Over all I cannot praise this restaurant enough from the food, to the staff, the the atmosphere it was all amazing and such a experience.. All of this food and wine Came to £37 with I think is AMAZING and was actually shocked it was so cheap for the quality of the food you just can't beat it and will reccomened to anyone in the kingston/ south west London or London area that fancies something new..

this is the menu http://www.alfornokingston.co.uk/ I hope you give it a go!

My Ultimate Holy Grail Product : Maxfactor Creme Puff

So I thought I would write a blog post on that one product that I will not go out the house without wearing, that I have been buying since i was 14 years old! (7 years!) and that I just LOVE so much!

Maxfactor Creme Puff!

This inst a fancy product its just a powder or could be used as a foundation if you want a really light coverage but i personally use this on top of my foundation to set the makeup and give me some more coverage and colour..
I get my shade in Medium Beige so it gives me a nice coloring and makes me look tanned and healthy.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this product, i go through about 1 every 2 months and always re purchase before the old one runs out so I never have to go without!

This retails online for £5.99 witch I think is a great price for such a great product

A Hidden Gem : Sirenas, Vauxhall!

My mum who worked in central London for years and years had always been going out about this restaurant hidden in south bank house in Vauxhall.. It's an authentic Italian restaurant established 1991 and for years I had always heard her go out on about the lunches and dinners she had there.. whilst up in London I met up with my sister and mum in Vauxhall and we all headed off there.. Walking along the river and all I could see where office buildings I wondered where this place could be.. down a side road and in "South Bank House" down some stairs through a door and my mouth just dropped wide opened.. it was like I had stepped into Italy!

The decor was was so traditional Italian with the red and white checked table clothes and the art on the walls and sculptures.. The staff there are beyond amazing (all Italian) and make you feel SOO welcome and at home and like your a regular that's been going for years..

Now to the food, words can't even describe it! Obviously i ordered a pizza whilst my mum had a Carbonara, & my sister a spaghetti bolegnase.. The pizza came out in the shape of a heart and was honestly one of the best pizza's of my life!

(picture from sirenas website.. i forgot my camera!)

After eating our main and having a few drinks the waiter came past and pretended to drop a coffee on me except it was a trick and was a fake cup, such a laugh in there and so much energy and livelyness.

This place is such a hidden gem and only gets its buisness from word of mouth so if  your reading this and live near or are ever near there honestly pop in and give it a go! I cannot rave about this place anymore!

Dear 16 Year Old Me..

I watched this video expecting a group of people on giving advice on there teenager self's "don't go out with that boy", "Stay in school and try harder.." But instead I watched a video that brought tears to my eyes!
I feel strongly that I should share this since i knew nothing about it and maybe someone reading this who hasn't seen it is now in the no...
I myself am a lover of sunbeds but after watching this and realizing that one sunbed could do this I won't go on them anymore.. (just double up on the spray tans)
share this and help others get more clued up

Random Shoreditch Photoshoot..

One day last summer I was in Shoreditch with my friend just walking around drinking wine, shopping and she had to do a photo shoot for her college project and I had to be the model.. I can be quite shy in front of the camera (when sober..) so had a couple glasses of rose and then got posing.. Thought I would show some of the photo's since I just came across them.. have a look / a laugh!

I then went to Soho had a few too many cocktails... & this happened..

All the wine & vodka really went to my head..

Hope you liked the photo's ..  Shoreditch & Brick lane are great places to take photo's since its such a quirky place with all the street art and random little places!

xoxo

Sudden Realization ..

So over the last few days I've just come to the conclusion that i need a life style change.. at the moment all i do is go out for days on end clubbing/raving and doing stuff I really shouldn't do.. Instead of spending my money on things that I shouldn't I'm going to go out in the day go for lunch see London (instead just south London in the early hours of the morning).. I want a complete change, that means DIET, FITNESS, JOB, NEW FRIENDS, & GO OUT NEW PLACES..
I've read its a good idea not to tell people what your doing so they don't bring you down, that's exactly what I'm going to do but I'm lucky since my best friend is doing exactly the same as me..
Everyday starting Monday the 4th of march i'm going to go on a mile walk everyday and diet diet diet, Look for jobs, Blog & be a more positive person..
Instead of reviewing products, beauty & fashion I'm also going to make this into a more lifestyle blog after seeing Rosie Londoners blog I've got such inspiration!

Wish me luck!

REVIEW : Dior show extase instant oversize volume mascara

When I got given the chance to try the Dior show extase instant oversize volume mascara for free I obviously jumped at it..
I have previously tried the Dior show mascara before and all thought I liked what it had done to the length of my lashes i felt as if my lashes need a lot more thickness and volume because if i'm not wearing fake lashes (hardly ever) I like my own lashes to look very tick full and long!
So when I heard about this product I thought the heavens had opened!
Not only does this mascara give the length but It really does give you a lot fuller lashes and the volume is great!

Not only is the packaging beautiful sleek and very expensive and rich looking but so is the brush.. It just feels so much elegant and nicer than a high street mascara wand.. Its so thick and really gets in to the eyelashes that are so times quite hard to reach..

This product retails for £23 and I would say if your looking to splurge on a mascara then defiantly get this mascara its soo worth it and will do wonders for your lashes!

Weekly Club Guide; Soho London Cheap Nights Out

Since i go out in Soho quite a lot and know the good nights out i thought i would write a post on it for anyone who was looking to go and wanted to know what was on..

MONDAYS -  Monday nights out in soho are really good! For pre drinks i would suggest KU Bar Just by china town since they do some good deals and 3 levels there's loads of room for you to wander about.
Also G-A-Y in old Compton Street is a great place to start your night, they have drink deals sunday to thursday some drinks just £1.70, and a great place to get flyers/wristbands for POPCORN @ Heaven.
Heaven is a huge club with about 5 different rooms, good drink deals and a really good atmosphere, Free entry when you get the wrist bands from G-A-Y!

TUESDAYS -   Tuesday nights or as i like to call them Trashy Tuesdays cheap student night out in soho, You can go to ESCAPE since they have a night with 99p shots all night and also other cheap drinks great music all night and a nice club! Or you can go to G-A-Y where you got the 1.70 drinks! and 3 levels with great pop and cheesey music through out! and then you can get flyers to G-A-Y LATE round the corner!

WEDNESDAYS-  Wednesday nights You have "Vicki Vicious" at KU bar playing all night and with great drinks deals all nights its a great place to go. Also you Got G-A-Y & G-A-Y LATE after, G-a-y late is a late night version of g-a-y in one big room with podiums and stages you can dance on and chart music and also a duke box its so much fun and open till 3am!!

FRIDAYS - Personally I don't like Friday nights in Soho that much prefer Vauxhall (but that's a whole different blog post) Drinks are a bit more in Places like G-A-Y & LATE since its not the week but still there a great place to go on a Friday night! In KU bar its £5 after 11pm (including free drink) with the DJ'S; DJ Alvaro & DJ doug open till 3am.. Also at HEAVEN they have Camp attack witch plays all the camp music from all over the years and free entry and great drink deals... just not my cup of tea..

SATURDAYS-- Saturday nights are a lot more fun i think! You've got all the usual places aka G-A-Y & LATE and KU Bar where its free before 11pm where its DJ doug & DJ Thanos.. And at Heaven every Saturday night they have a different celebrity performers including Lady gaga, Miley Cyrus, etc and is a great night out!

MAC Rebel Lipstick Review

So recently I've been feeling to try something different from the usual bright pink lip that I usually rock, And I've seen a lot of hype around the MAC rebel lipstick. In the tube its a very dark vampy purple colour and swatched its a very dark pink/purple...

I think this would look nice with a simple eye, and maybe a bronze eye shadow or a simple winged eyeliner and then this lipstick as the bold look of the face..
So far I'm obsessed with this lipstick and have got so many compliments already!
Would Deffo Recommended..

Jewellery obsession : Gold Hoops / How To Style Gold Hoops

For the last year whenever I'm putting together a outfit the thing that always completes it is pair of big gold hoops.. this might just be something that i love but i don't care and I've taken a few pictures of my fave's to show..

 First Pair :
 From Primark about £3!
I call these my "Pat butcher Earings", i LOVE them! They look really nice with any make up and wavy hair so they just blend in with the curls!

Second Pair :
I got these in a set of 5 for £1 from primark very plain and simple but again just sets of a outfit nicely and there not over the top so they really go with anything! a great staple and when you get 5 pairs for £1 there a really great investment!

Third Pair :
Again these were another find from primark and were about £2.50, these are SO chavtastic i LOVE them i love to wear these with poker dead straight hair really backcombed with a big quiff really statement and out there and i guess you either love them or hate them but i LOVE them!

Fourth Pair :
I found these in the Dorothy Perkins sale for about £3 i think and i just loved the size and simplicity of them, there very much like the second pair but a lot bigger and with a quilted detail towards the bottom of them. I wear these when i have a big bun on the top of my head so they are the statement piece but not to in your face i love these and they go with everything

Lady Gaga Fame Perfume Review

I am a HUGE lady gaga fan so obviously for Christmas i asked for the lady gaga fame perfume. I personally thought it was going to smell something like a Britney spears perfume.. (not that i don't LOVE the Britney perfumes) & was really pleasantly surprised i thought it was going to be really floral and quite a young scent but its more of a musky deep adult scent! As you can tell by how much I've used I am obsessed with it!

100% recommend

Shoe Review : Jeffrey Campbell - Spiked Damsel

So i was casually looking through the January sales on some websites and came across something that I could not believe a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Damsels for £29!, of course though they were all sold out so i typed in my email address on soletrader.com and said email me these when they come back..
It was about 3 in the morning when I got the email saying they were back in stock and I screamed and obviously bought them straight away..

About 4 days had past (after i paid for 1-2 day delivery - _ - ) and they shoes had arrived and I fell in love!

I got these in a UK size 6 and they are very true to size!
I walked around in these all day and then wore them out on a night out in London in the snow and raving all night and i can honestly say they are very easy to walk in and didn't really hurt!
I would defiantly recommended these to anyone!
The spikes are actually very sharp and come with extra spikes just in case some fall out.
