So its mothers day and it was just me and my mum this year since my sister was in Thailand so i wanted to make it special. My mum came round and I greeted her with a card, box of chocolates, cup of tea & cakes I had made the night before! After spending most of the day talking, eating cakes and looking on google maps (its more fun than think) she went home to get ready, I had a nap then got ready then we headed off into Kingston to have a look round the shops and go for dinner!
This year we decided to go to our favorite Italian (you can tell from my blog I LOVE Italian!) Called Al Forno's. I've been going here since I was about 14 years old and you just can't beat it! It's an authentic Italian restaurant located on the river Thames and has wholesome Italian cooking.
As soon as you step through the door the staff are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home and relaxed, one of the best things about the restaurant (apart from the food) is probably the staff! We sat down ordered some white wine and a starter. For a starter we ordered a bruschetta to share since we didn't want to get full up.. This was my first time trying this since I'm more of a garlic bread kind of girl but this was lovely, I'm not a fan of tomatoes but i ate them on this and LOVED it.. defiantly recommended it.
For my main course I ordered a spaghetti bolegnase and when it arrived I was blown away, the portion size was huge so you really get your moneys worth and for £8 something you really do get a lot and its so worth it.. it was cooked so nice and the flavors were lovely, best bolegnase I've had in ages!
My mum had a spicy tomato arrabiata, she said it was lovely but still sirenas who i wrote about in my last food reviews arrabiata topped it but it was still lovely and she really enjoyed it. I've never tried this dish since I'm not keen of spicy food but I did try a bit and did enjoy it and would consider getting it myself next time!
After all this food witch we both finished because it was too nice to leave we had a ten minuet break and then looked at the desert and coffee menu.. I ordered some chocolate gilato (ice cream) and my mum ordered a coffee..
Ice cream was delicious and looks smaller than it is we both had to tuck into it to finish it!
Over all I cannot praise this restaurant enough from the food, to the staff, the the atmosphere it was all amazing and such a experience.. All of this food and wine Came to £37 with I think is AMAZING and was actually shocked it was so cheap for the quality of the food you just can't beat it and will reccomened to anyone in the kingston/ south west London or London area that fancies something new..
this is the menu http://www.alfornokingston.co.uk/ I hope you give it a go!

My Ultimate Holy Grail Product : Maxfactor Creme Puff
So I thought I would write a blog post on that one product that I will not go out the house without wearing, that I have been buying since i was 14 years old! (7 years!) and that I just LOVE so much!

Maxfactor Creme Puff!
This inst a fancy product its just a powder or could be used as a foundation if you want a really light coverage but i personally use this on top of my foundation to set the makeup and give me some more coverage and colour..
I get my shade in Medium Beige so it gives me a nice coloring and makes me look tanned and healthy.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this product, i go through about 1 every 2 months and always re purchase before the old one runs out so I never have to go without!
This retails online for £5.99 witch I think is a great price for such a great product

A Hidden Gem : Sirenas, Vauxhall!
My mum who worked in central London for years and years had always been going out about this restaurant hidden in south bank house in Vauxhall.. It's an authentic Italian restaurant established 1991 and for years I had always heard her go out on about the lunches and dinners she had there.. whilst up in London I met up with my sister and mum in Vauxhall and we all headed off there.. Walking along the river and all I could see where office buildings I wondered where this place could be.. down a side road and in "South Bank House" down some stairs through a door and my mouth just dropped wide opened.. it was like I had stepped into Italy!
The decor was was so traditional Italian with the red and white checked table clothes and the art on the walls and sculptures.. The staff there are beyond amazing (all Italian) and make you feel SOO welcome and at home and like your a regular that's been going for years..
Now to the food, words can't even describe it! Obviously i ordered a pizza whilst my mum had a Carbonara, & my sister a spaghetti bolegnase.. The pizza came out in the shape of a heart and was honestly one of the best pizza's of my life!
(picture from sirenas website.. i forgot my camera!)
After eating our main and having a few drinks the waiter came past and pretended to drop a coffee on me except it was a trick and was a fake cup, such a laugh in there and so much energy and livelyness.
This place is such a hidden gem and only gets its buisness from word of mouth so if your reading this and live near or are ever near there honestly pop in and give it a go! I cannot rave about this place anymore!

Random Shoreditch Photoshoot..
One day last summer I was in Shoreditch with my friend just walking around drinking wine, shopping and she had to do a photo shoot for her college project and I had to be the model.. I can be quite shy in front of the camera (when sober..) so had a couple glasses of rose and then got posing.. Thought I would show some of the photo's since I just came across them.. have a look / a laugh!
I then went to Soho had a few too many cocktails... & this happened..
All the wine & vodka really went to my head..
Hope you liked the photo's .. Shoreditch & Brick lane are great places to take photo's since its such a quirky place with all the street art and random little places!

Sudden Realization ..
So over the last few days I've just come to the conclusion that i need a life style change.. at the moment all i do is go out for days on end clubbing/raving and doing stuff I really shouldn't do.. Instead of spending my money on things that I shouldn't I'm going to go out in the day go for lunch see London (instead just south London in the early hours of the morning).. I want a complete change, that means DIET, FITNESS, JOB, NEW FRIENDS, & GO OUT NEW PLACES..
I've read its a good idea not to tell people what your doing so they don't bring you down, that's exactly what I'm going to do but I'm lucky since my best friend is doing exactly the same as me..
Everyday starting Monday the 4th of march i'm going to go on a mile walk everyday and diet diet diet, Look for jobs, Blog & be a more positive person..
Instead of reviewing products, beauty & fashion I'm also going to make this into a more lifestyle blog after seeing Rosie Londoners blog I've got such inspiration!
Wish me luck!

REVIEW : Dior show extase instant oversize volume mascara
When I got given the chance to try the Dior show extase instant oversize volume mascara for free I obviously jumped at it..
I have previously tried the Dior show mascara before and all thought I liked what it had done to the length of my lashes i felt as if my lashes need a lot more thickness and volume because if i'm not wearing fake lashes (hardly ever) I like my own lashes to look very tick full and long!
So when I heard about this product I thought the heavens had opened!
Not only does this mascara give the length but It really does give you a lot fuller lashes and the volume is great!
Not only is the packaging beautiful sleek and very expensive and rich looking but so is the brush.. It just feels so much elegant and nicer than a high street mascara wand.. Its so thick and really gets in to the eyelashes that are so times quite hard to reach..
This product retails for £23 and I would say if your looking to splurge on a mascara then defiantly get this mascara its soo worth it and will do wonders for your lashes!

MAC Rebel Lipstick Review
So recently I've been feeling to try something different from the usual bright pink lip that I usually rock, And I've seen a lot of hype around the MAC rebel lipstick. In the tube its a very dark vampy purple colour and swatched its a very dark pink/purple...
I think this would look nice with a simple eye, and maybe a bronze eye shadow or a simple winged eyeliner and then this lipstick as the bold look of the face..
So far I'm obsessed with this lipstick and have got so many compliments already!
Would Deffo Recommended..

Jewellery obsession : Gold Hoops / How To Style Gold Hoops
For the last year whenever I'm putting together a outfit the thing that always completes it is pair of big gold hoops.. this might just be something that i love but i don't care and I've taken a few pictures of my fave's to show..
First Pair :
From Primark about £3!
I call these my "Pat butcher Earings", i LOVE them! They look really nice with any make up and wavy hair so they just blend in with the curls!
Second Pair :
I got these in a set of 5 for £1 from primark very plain and simple but again just sets of a outfit nicely and there not over the top so they really go with anything! a great staple and when you get 5 pairs for £1 there a really great investment!
Third Pair :
Again these were another find from primark and were about £2.50, these are SO chavtastic i LOVE them i love to wear these with poker dead straight hair really backcombed with a big quiff really statement and out there and i guess you either love them or hate them but i LOVE them!
Fourth Pair :
I found these in the Dorothy Perkins sale for about £3 i think and i just loved the size and simplicity of them, there very much like the second pair but a lot bigger and with a quilted detail towards the bottom of them. I wear these when i have a big bun on the top of my head so they are the statement piece but not to in your face i love these and they go with everything

Lady Gaga Fame Perfume Review
I am a HUGE lady gaga fan so obviously for Christmas i asked for the lady gaga fame perfume. I personally thought it was going to smell something like a Britney spears perfume.. (not that i don't LOVE the Britney perfumes) & was really pleasantly surprised i thought it was going to be really floral and quite a young scent but its more of a musky deep adult scent! As you can tell by how much I've used I am obsessed with it!
100% recommend

Shoe Review : Jeffrey Campbell - Spiked Damsel
So i was casually looking through the January sales on some websites and came across something that I could not believe a pair of Jeffrey Campbell Damsels for £29!, of course though they were all sold out so i typed in my email address on soletrader.com and said email me these when they come back..
It was about 3 in the morning when I got the email saying they were back in stock and I screamed and obviously bought them straight away..
About 4 days had past (after i paid for 1-2 day delivery - _ - ) and they shoes had arrived and I fell in love!
I got these in a UK size 6 and they are very true to size!
I walked around in these all day and then wore them out on a night out in London in the snow and raving all night and i can honestly say they are very easy to walk in and didn't really hurt!

The spikes are actually very sharp and come with extra spikes just in case some fall out.

My top 6 favourite current perfumes..
Lately I've really been in to perfume a lot more that normally and I've picked up a few new ones and found a love for some old ones so i though i would share my top 6 I'm currently loving..
My first perfume is from VERSACE and is YELLOW DIAMOND..
This perfume I've had for about a year and just never got into it but recently gave it a spray and it reminded me why i bought it.. It gives a strong floral scent with some fruit in there too. For me this seems like quite a grown up scent and not something younger teenagers would be attracted too but i can't get enough of it and I'm defiantly going to be slipping this in my bag for nights out..
It retails for £29.99 for 30ml, or £41.99 for 50ml, I personally think its worth it and will defiantly will be repurchasing once its run out!
Up next is a perfume by VICTORIA SECRET and its called BREATHLESS
When i first saw this perfume i thought it would be great for a nice everyday scent that i can chuck in my bag and top up during the day!
Its quite a light floral scent and once again i would say quite grown up.. I would also wear it more a lot in winter since it has a sort of warmness about it.. when i goggled the scent it said "Captivating, intriguing and exciting blend of orange blossoms, neroli petals and tangerine buds." and i can defiantly agree its got a very nice fruit floral scent to it and again i will defiantly repurchase.
This retails online for £27.99 !
Up next is a perfume by BRITNEY SPEARS called CURIOUS
I have had this perfume for absolute years! I stopped using it and i literally only have a couple sprays left after canning it after the last month. I have to say Britney KILLS it with the perfumes! The main things i pick up when spraying this is obviously floral scents with some vanilla musk.. This is a very young scent and perfect for every day use! This would be great for everyday at school witch is when i bought it and mostly used it for..
This retails for £19.99 for 30ml and £36.50 for 50ml!
Another scent from BRITNEY SPEARS and that's FANTASY
This has to be my All time favorite scent!Unlike curious this is more of a night time darker seductive scent, the smell is honestly something else and so different to my other light fresh smells.
The main scents in this are Jasmine Petals, White Chocolate Orchid, also with Red Lychee, Golden Quince, Kiwi, & Musk, Orris Root, Sensual Woods.
The smells is said to be very seductive and i can defiantly see that and i would defiantly this if i was trying to impress someone on a night out.. Can't say enough good things about this scent!
Next is from TOMMY HILFIGER .. TOMMY GIRL
I used to love this perfume when i was a lot younger so i was looking online and came across it and thought i would repurchase! This has a very strong floral scent that has a great stay time and lasts a long time! Personally i think this would be a great everyday scent for work or school, although it has quite a young feel to it, i also feel like it would work for elder people two..
This retails online for £14.99 for 30ml or £44.50 for 100ml!
Up next is a perfume from JENIFER LOPEZ and its GLOW..
Again had this perfume for years and rediscovered it again recently and i personally use this just to quickly spray on before i go out, or shoving it in my bag just to top up during the day.
It has top notes of orange flower, grapefruit, and citrus, middle notes of rose, sandalwood, and amber and bottom notes of jasmine, vanilla, musk, and orris.
I would say this is more of a day scent but could be used for nighttime..
this retails for £23.95 for 100ml..
Last but not least is another from VERSACE and its called VANITAS..
I recently bought this scent and I've only used it a few times but i really really like it.. It's quite a grown up scent and I would use it for a night out if i wanted a strong scent..
The scent is floral and fresh with the scent of rose petals and lime, this is a very very feminine scent and i would recommend it for really girly girls.
This retails for £41.99 for 50ml!
These were my top 6 perfumes at the moment, thanks for reading..

A fun night out in Leicester square
So Tuesday night (or trashy Tuesdays as i like to call them) i went out to Leicester square with my friend, i always know i'm going to have an eventful night when going out in London. It started with meeting up in Clapham junction station and making our way to vauxhall, we decided to go sit down by the river thames, have a bottle of wine, a bottle of cava a 20 deck of mayfair fags and have a dance..
After about an hour or so of this and when the wine ran out we decided to go to sainsburys buy 2 more bottles of wine and make our way to west end, of course two drunk girls and a bus is purely entertainment and after decorating the bus with "some people are gay get over it stickers" and doing 10 second downing's whilst swinging round the poles we decided to get off at Trafalgar sqaure sit down drink some wine and perv on the fit builders..
After a few drinks i always get peckish so decided to go burger king, but somehow manged again flyering up the toilets then slipped and fell and was laying on my face on the middle of burger king toilets, classy i know.
we then ran away like giggling school girls after deciding we wanted McDonalds and satisfied our cravings... but of course there's always a drama and some how ended up in a massive fight with some girls in the toiltets once again classy i know, so we ran for our lives after causing a massive scene HAHA.
Already very drunk we decided to go hang down the alley by ZOO the club we was going to that night and finish the wine and have a cheeky little "alley cat" photo shoot.. (once I've had a drink i think I'm London's next top model)
We then met two Italian men who had a massive bottle of vodka so we decided to make conversation.. (always make conversation if you see free vodka), turns out they were quite funny and nice to talk to we then all made it in to zoo bar, after 2 bottles of wine and countless glasses of straight vodka.. no idea how i was still standing.. Whilst in the club and dancing my heart off and loving life my friends starts to kiss the Italian man (pictured above) and i can't stop laughing until he grabs my face for a 3 way kiss, i was drunk and didn't care so eh agreeed haha, but to my luck i slipped and fell on the floor and was laying on my back on the middle of the dance floor, this then happened again 5 minuets later..
After running away from the crazy men (and running away with there pints) we ran down stairs to see what was going on, after a few jagerbombs and a few vodka red bulls the dramas start again, my friend was so drunk and lost her coat and went running round the whole club trying to track it down, although if i was in her possition i would of done the same thing, i would of being fuming if i lost one of my furs! thank god she found it and we carried on with the rest of the night.. dancing away, running away from wierdos and giving each other lapdances (drunken cringe memories) apparently after climbing the bar and passing out in the booth ZOO bar had enough of us and we was chucked out.. haha SHAME...
so we made our way to penthouse after being spotted by a promoter we met the week before on another drunken night out and he got us in free so though why not.. it was so crazy going up in the super fast lift up to the top floor the view was amazing and the club was alright..
After dancing here for a while we decided to try and get back into zoo ( fuck knows why) but obviously got turned down so thought fuck it McDonald's (again) and night bus.. After a 45 minuet treck home through south west London we finally made it home, got in our tracksuites, made a tea got some pasta and giggled about the nights stories..
I never do have a dull night when going out in London..

The best high street (drug store) PINK lipsticks..
I seem to have an obsession with buying and trying to find the best pink lipstick out there, I have a collection of all different brands from the high street (drug store) that i have collected over the last 2 years .
I have most likely every shade of pink out there but when i see a new lipstick i just have to get it..
So I've picked out my top 7 lipsticks from all different brands to show and tell you a bit about and ones that i would highly recommended ..
My first lipstick that I'm going to talk about is From BARRY M and is in shade ; 52
This colour is what i would call the most shocking lipstick of my collection its bright neon pink and adds such a nice pop of colour if you want to do a more toned down eye make up and you want to make a statement on your lips.
I love to wear this lipstick when I've done just a simple wing eye liner, some fake eyelashes then this lipstick..
This is sold in Boots and super drug for £4.49 and you can also find it on Ebay/ Amazon ..
My next lipstick is also from BARRY M and is in the shade 62.
This shade is quite similar to my last shade except this colour is a bit more bubblegum pink and is lighter. Because this shade is also very vibrant i do mostly wear it with a toned down eye look because it is so bold, but like the last lipstick its such a nice pop of colour to any girly look.
The Barry M paints are quite a drying lipstick so i would suggest putting a couple layers of lip balm on before you add to lipstick to ensure it doesn't dry as easily..
This also retails for £4.49 in Super drug / Boots / Ebay / Amazon..
The next lipstick I'm going to talk about is from Rimmel London and is in the shade Indulgence 004..
I came across this lipstick when at a market stall, they had lots of lipsticks for £2 so i couldn't help picking up a few! This is from the Lasting finish collection from Rimmel London and is in the shade indulgence 004. This lipstick is amazing, not only is it a lovely shade of pink and amazing quality.. it also smells like sweets!
I would call this shade a dark pink but it also has a hint of coral in there two.
personally i think this would look amazing on all skin tones an i can't say enough good things about it and i would high recommended it..
I've looked online and they are sold in boots for £4.99
The next lipstick is From LAVAL and is in shade 262 ICED PINK..
I had just been paid so was late night browsing on amazon and of course was looking at lipsticks and i came across this colour and just thought it was such a lovely colour, I had never heard of the brand before LAVAL but that didn't stop me i love to try new products..
This colour is a lot calmer and more easy to wear than the other colours I've mentioned so far..
This goes on quite shear so if your wearing a bold smokey eye then this would be nice for just a little colour but if you add a few more layers it will build up into a darker colour..
I found this on Amazon for £2.82 and free delivery!
Up next is L'OREAL Intense in Crazy Fuchsia 370
I also found this lipstick on the same market stall and i bought it for £2!
I can't find how much it retails for but i imagine its over the £5 mark..
This colour is also darker pink and is quite similar to the Rimmel Lipstick, the packaging is lovely, the quality is amazing and the colour is beautiful!
i would definitely recommended this lipstick!
The next lipstick is Also from L'OREAL and is the Rouge Caresse Lipstick in Shade 7 Cheeky Magenta
I can't say enough good things about this lipstick!.. It was also another market find so was £2! but retails in boots for £7.99!
This is such a girly bubblegum pink Nicki Minaj type lipstick the packaging is one again lovely and looks expensive, and the product its self is so moisturizing it honestly feels like your putting on a lip balm when applying. The colour pay off is quite sheer but after a few coats its easily to build upon..
Up next is a lipstick from NYC and is in the shade 405 BLUE ROSE
So i was eying up the MAC girl about town lipstick for a while and i wanted to see if there was a dupe out there and i came across this!
Costing only £1.49 in super drug i really couldn't say no and had to give it ago and oh my gosh i LOVE it!
The pigment is amazing and all you need is one coat, the colour pay off is amazing and i think it stays quite well! the packaging isn't amazing but for the price it cost you really can't complain!
This is probably the darkest shade in my collection and i love it, it also has some blue undertones it in so that makes your teeth look whiter!
I would high recommend this.
And last but not least.. is Revlon in 008 CANDY PINK
This is my lightest shade in my collection and i love it!
It was also a market find so was only £2.. I couldn't find it online but I've found it on eBay for £4.29..
This is the ultimate barbie pink girly pink lipstick colour it is lovely! The packaging is lovely and has a Chanel look with the quilting effect.. and the colour pay off is lovely when first applied you get a quite sheer look but once again if you add to it you can make it more vibrant !
Thank you for reading and i would defiantly recommended going to your local market to find make up products you can find them a lot cheaper!
XOXO
