A Crazy Night Out In Soho..

So it had been about 2 weeks since I had a night out and I was gagging for a drink so decided to have a some what "civilized" night out in Piccadilly circus/ Soho.. So jumped on the tube to meet my friend in Earls court, whilst on the tube I thought it would be a good idea to drink two water bottles full of vodka redbull so by the time I had met my friend I was already tipsy.. Got off the train had a cigarette bought a couple of the tiny pocket sized bottles of vodka and shoved them in my bra for an emergency if i needed them later and we headed off to Piccadilly circus..

We decided to go into The Piccadilly institute a club there that has loads of different rooms.. and it was happy hour so why not! £4 each for a bottle of wine, be rude not to really!

Safe to say I was already quite drunk and after taking a few photos, posed with the top hats (& i bit a wine glass and broke it, casual haha) we decided to go sit in a fountain? (there was no water in it haha) and we ran quite literally to Soho..
Went into one of our favorite places KU bar for a quick glass of wine and a jagerbomb (it all went downhill from here!) Some of my other friends who were on the way to Soho so we went to g-a-y to have a few drinks and whilst in there bumped into some other friends ( and of course made a complete twat of myself ran down stairs to go toilet and get another drink.. whilst in at the bar i realized I had lost my purse I ran off to find it and realize it sitting on the floor and £70 was missing so downed a jagerbomb downed a glass of wine then downed my friends glass of wine i ran off to all the places to go find my money!

Obviously didn't find it and by the time I got back to g-a-y my friends were there! so happy to see them i backed one of the little vodkas went inside my friend ordered a double jager bomb poured the other vodka in it and backed it went outside for a cigarette and got chucked out! (this is where it gets bad)

we decided to go to escape but on the way i managed to lose everyone! i remember passing out on the floor screaming for my friends then getting up making it to a restaurant and then passing out completely :| to kind men helped me and rang my mum and she had to come and save me (after i called an ambulance and made the biggest scene ever crying that i was so sorry for doing this) we made it home and i crashed out and needless to say i felt like shit the next day haha!
moral of this story pace your drinks and keep your money in your bra!

Mothers Day @ Al Forno Kingston

So its mothers day and it was just me and my mum this year since my sister was in Thailand so i wanted to make it special. My mum came round and I greeted her with a card, box of chocolates, cup of tea & cakes I had made the night before! After spending most of the day talking, eating cakes and looking on google maps (its more fun than think) she went home to get ready, I had a nap then got ready then we headed off into Kingston to have a look round the shops and go for dinner!

This year we decided to go to our favorite Italian (you can tell from my blog I LOVE Italian!) Called Al Forno's. I've been going here since I was about 14 years old and you just can't beat it! It's an authentic Italian restaurant located on the river Thames and has wholesome Italian cooking.

As soon as you step through the door the staff are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel at home and relaxed, one of the best things about the restaurant (apart from the food) is probably the staff! We sat down ordered some white wine and a starter. For a starter we ordered a bruschetta to share since we didn't want to get full up.. This was my first time trying this since I'm more of a garlic bread kind of girl but this was lovely, I'm not a fan of tomatoes but i ate them on this and LOVED it.. defiantly recommended it.

For my main course I ordered a spaghetti bolegnase and when it arrived I was blown away, the portion size was huge so you really get your moneys worth and for £8 something you really do get a lot and its so worth it.. it was cooked so nice and the flavors were lovely, best bolegnase I've had in ages!

My mum had a spicy tomato arrabiata, she said it was lovely but still sirenas who i wrote about in my last food reviews arrabiata topped it but it was still lovely and she really enjoyed it. I've never tried this dish since I'm not keen of spicy food but I did try a bit and did enjoy it and would consider getting it myself next time!

After all this food witch we both finished because it was too nice to leave we had a ten minuet break and then looked at the desert and coffee menu.. I ordered some chocolate gilato (ice cream) and my mum ordered a coffee..

Ice cream was delicious and looks smaller than it is we both had to tuck into it to finish it!

Over all I cannot praise this restaurant enough from the food, to the staff, the the atmosphere it was all amazing and such a experience.. All of this food and wine Came to £37 with I think is AMAZING and was actually shocked it was so cheap for the quality of the food you just can't beat it and will reccomened to anyone in the kingston/ south west London or London area that fancies something new..

this is the menu http://www.alfornokingston.co.uk/ I hope you give it a go!

My Ultimate Holy Grail Product : Maxfactor Creme Puff

So I thought I would write a blog post on that one product that I will not go out the house without wearing, that I have been buying since i was 14 years old! (7 years!) and that I just LOVE so much!

Maxfactor Creme Puff!

This inst a fancy product its just a powder or could be used as a foundation if you want a really light coverage but i personally use this on top of my foundation to set the makeup and give me some more coverage and colour..
I get my shade in Medium Beige so it gives me a nice coloring and makes me look tanned and healthy.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this product, i go through about 1 every 2 months and always re purchase before the old one runs out so I never have to go without!

This retails online for £5.99 witch I think is a great price for such a great product

A Hidden Gem : Sirenas, Vauxhall!

My mum who worked in central London for years and years had always been going out about this restaurant hidden in south bank house in Vauxhall.. It's an authentic Italian restaurant established 1991 and for years I had always heard her go out on about the lunches and dinners she had there.. whilst up in London I met up with my sister and mum in Vauxhall and we all headed off there.. Walking along the river and all I could see where office buildings I wondered where this place could be.. down a side road and in "South Bank House" down some stairs through a door and my mouth just dropped wide opened.. it was like I had stepped into Italy!

The decor was was so traditional Italian with the red and white checked table clothes and the art on the walls and sculptures.. The staff there are beyond amazing (all Italian) and make you feel SOO welcome and at home and like your a regular that's been going for years..

Now to the food, words can't even describe it! Obviously i ordered a pizza whilst my mum had a Carbonara, & my sister a spaghetti bolegnase.. The pizza came out in the shape of a heart and was honestly one of the best pizza's of my life!

(picture from sirenas website.. i forgot my camera!)

After eating our main and having a few drinks the waiter came past and pretended to drop a coffee on me except it was a trick and was a fake cup, such a laugh in there and so much energy and livelyness.

This place is such a hidden gem and only gets its buisness from word of mouth so if  your reading this and live near or are ever near there honestly pop in and give it a go! I cannot rave about this place anymore!

Dear 16 Year Old Me..

I watched this video expecting a group of people on giving advice on there teenager self's "don't go out with that boy", "Stay in school and try harder.." But instead I watched a video that brought tears to my eyes!
I feel strongly that I should share this since i knew nothing about it and maybe someone reading this who hasn't seen it is now in the no...
I myself am a lover of sunbeds but after watching this and realizing that one sunbed could do this I won't go on them anymore.. (just double up on the spray tans)

Random Shoreditch Photoshoot..

One day last summer I was in Shoreditch with my friend just walking around drinking wine, shopping and she had to do a photo shoot for her college project and I had to be the model.. I can be quite shy in front of the camera (when sober..) so had a couple glasses of rose and then got posing.. Thought I would show some of the photo's since I just came across them.. have a look / a laugh!

I then went to Soho had a few too many cocktails... & this happened..

All the wine & vodka really went to my head..

Hope you liked the photo's ..  Shoreditch & Brick lane are great places to take photo's since its such a quirky place with all the street art and random little places!

Sudden Realization ..

So over the last few days I've just come to the conclusion that i need a life style change.. at the moment all i do is go out for days on end clubbing/raving and doing stuff I really shouldn't do.. Instead of spending my money on things that I shouldn't I'm going to go out in the day go for lunch see London (instead just south London in the early hours of the morning).. I want a complete change, that means DIET, FITNESS, JOB, NEW FRIENDS, & GO OUT NEW PLACES..
I've read its a good idea not to tell people what your doing so they don't bring you down, that's exactly what I'm going to do but I'm lucky since my best friend is doing exactly the same as me..
Everyday starting Monday the 4th of march i'm going to go on a mile walk everyday and diet diet diet, Look for jobs, Blog & be a more positive person..
Instead of reviewing products, beauty & fashion I'm also going to make this into a more lifestyle blog after seeing Rosie Londoners blog I've got such inspiration!

Wish me luck!
