Diet Update xo

So last week on the 24th i had enough and just decided to hardcore diet haha.. cause realistically i used to eat sooo much shit..
So from that day i decided to cut it out.. now all i eat is brekfast.. a chicken salad for lunch and just a healthy dinner.. no more snacks, or my beloved coke haha.

Not just eating healthy i also go for a about a mile walk every day just to help and also do some really cringe dancing round my room for about an hour a day haha..
I was going to use diet tablets to help.. but i don't think there healthy and not a long term solution..
I would recommend keeping a food diary since you can keep up on your progress, I have mine in a word document and update it everyday with what i drink and eat and what exercise i do..

After doing this for a week i have lost 3 pounds.. I started as 10 stone 13 pounds and I'm now 10 stone 10 pounds :)
I'm actually really pleased because its a good start and I'm going to update this everyweek..
